RHT Rajan Menon Foundation (RHTRMF) further deepened our pro bono initiatives under the Ageing RigHT project by preparing and certifying Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) for the elderly at the Trans Family Service Centre (located in Bedok) on Saturday 12 October 2019. Mr. Nandakumar Renganathan, Deputy Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, partners, associates and staff of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing attended at the Trans Family Service Centre to prepare, explain and certify LPAs for more than 40 elderly persons and their respective donees. RHTRMF thanks Professor Chan Wing Cheong and students from SMU Pro Bono Centre for organizing the initiative which was meaningful and very well received by the elderly executing their LPAs, as well as their respective donees.
